Accessing Student Feedback on Teaching and Learning Reports

Instructors should download and retain copies of their Student Feedback on Teaching and Learning (a.k.a., course evaluation, Student Evaluation of Teaching) reports on an ongoing basis for documentation purposes, including tenure and promotion review.

There are currently multiple ways to download reports as the university undergoes a multi-year transition to a new tool for Student Feedback on Teaching and Learning. The university is transitioning from HelioCampus AC to Blue. See below for more information on how to download reports before April 1, 2027 and into the future.

Before April 1, 2027

Prior to April 1, 2027, you can download copies of your Student Feedback on Teaching and Learning reports through HelioCampus AC or Blue, depending on which tool you and your department are using. Those who have used both Heliocampus AC and Blue will need to download reports from each tool.

Reports from HelioCampus AC in their original format will be available until April 1, 2027. While underlying data will be preserved and accessible in summarized forms after this date, instructors who wish to retain the original report format for documentation purposes, including tenure and promotion review, should download the reports prior to April 1.

After April 1, 2027

After April 1, 2027, reports from HelioCampus AC will no longer be available in their original format. Instead, you will be able to download the data from a Tableau historical archive (link forthcoming in 2027). Reports will continue to be available for download in Blue.
